Our Design-Build process is what sets us apart from all the other remodeling contractors. We are a complete team to help you with the design of your project and see it through to production and completion. Our experienced designers will work with you one-on-one to perfect your project down to every last detail.
- Design phase
Our design phase is complete with five steps. Each one of them include a number of our team members working with you to design a new space you fall in love with again.
- Brainstorming with our designer and project manager
- Budget considerations and design parameters
- Establish specifications
- Preliminary designs and tentative project cost
- Final design and building docume
- Development Phase
Once design has been determined, we move onto a development phase. We make material selections, color choices, and finalize specifications. The end of our development phase includes a final project proposal and agreement.
- Construction Phase
During our construction phase, our team will acquire the appropriate building permits, if needed. We will monitor the build process closely, and make any design adjustments as needed.

Completing a project is more than just the reveal. It's a satisfied customer who can now love their space again. Being apart of those accomplishments is a wonderful reward.
