One of Dale’s Remodeling’s core values is to be active as an industry leader. Opportunities to gain knowledge through sponsored events and networking with professional remodelers keeps our skills sharp and our designs fresh and exciting. That’s why we are so proud of Dale’s Remodeling’s vice president, Kayla Van Lydegraf, for her appointment to the Oregon Remodeler’s Association (ORA) board of directors as Salem Director!

This is a second-generation leadership role for Dale’s Remodeling, as Kayla is taking a position once held by her father and Dale’s founder, Dale Van Lydegraf, who later went on to be appointed president of both the local and state chapters. It’s a wonderful opportunity for Kayla to learn from other ORA leaders and share her experience as an emerging leader to bring new and exciting ideas to our industry.

“The Oregon Remodelers Association plays such an important role in our industry, through their network of remodeling professionals and the many learning opportunities their platform provides us. This is my first time serving on a board; I’m excited to dig deeper and provide thought leadership from a young professional’s perspective for the ORA.”

The Oregon Remodelers Association is a state chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), and the only trade association in Oregon and Southwest Washington solely dedicated to residential remodeling. Because of this, Kayla’s representation of Salem area remodelers will undoubtedly contribute to national conversations within our industry. We look forward to her leadership role within the ORA and the continued success her leadership brings to Dale’s Remodeling.

Congratulations, Kayla!
