Dale’s commitment to fulfilling your dreams is the driving force behind the 39 years of Dale’s Remodeling. The secret to his longtime success is a pledge made on his first construction project – that every remodeling experience would exceed the clients expectations. One of the very first certified remodelers in Oregon, Dale seeks out new innovations in the industry and tempers them with the experience and patience that guides value-based experiences for every client. Dale focuses his time on supporting, encouraging and educating his team and believes in focusing on customer satisfaction and a quality experience. Dale is very active and enjoys outdoor sports of all kinds; he is an avid fisherman, a family man and and loves to travel when time permits.

Kayla shares Dale’s philosophy to provide the highest quality workmanship and value. She found her passion in the business and now partners with Dale to manage business operations and heads up the in-house marketing department. Kayla joined the company in 2010 and has developed a unique set of skills in marketing, client relations and business management. Her natural artistic abilities assist her in graphic design, content marketing, event planning, social media, brand recognition, market strategy, community outreach and public relations. She strives to work “on” the business and make strategic decisions that provide the best possible client experience. Kayla’s prior work experience includes sales, customer service and management. She continues to further her education in business management through local, national and industry affiliated programs. Kayla constantly challenges her artistic abilities through new creative projects and brings fresh, new ideas to the industry. She enjoys spending time with her niece, DIY projects and is always up for a new adventure.
In 2012, Troy joined Dale’s team with more than 20 years’ experience in all facets in the construction industry including building, estimating and project management. He helps clients through the process of a remodeling project, guiding them through from the first initial meeting, to design and seeing each project through to completion. Troy continues to expand his knowledge through industry affiliations and serves on the Keizer Economic Development Committee. Troy enjoys spending time with his children in their sporting events, fishing, golfing and other outdoor activities with his family.

Though Kelci is our newest team member joining us at the start of 2015, she brings over 4 years of experience providing office support and is the first friendly face to greet customers and clients. Kelci performs a wide range of office duties, communicates with subcontractors and vendors and offers unlimited support to our office staff. Kelci enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with her two dogs.
Maralee found a passion in construction after many years of experience remodeling her own homes and assisting on projects for rental properties and new construction. Joining the team in July 2016, Maralee works beside the Remodeling Specialist to provide top-notch customer service and ensures optimal work quality and clear communication among team members. She especially enjoys meeting with clients to explore their home renovation ideas, while communicating with Dale’s carpenters and trade contractors as a project liaison. A true DIY-er, she loves tearing things apart and being creative while spending time with her two daughters and son.
Becky Olsen is our experienced, creative and very lovable designer and decorator. Since graduating from Oregon State with her Design Degree, she has worked in many different aspects of design. She is very devoted to working closely with her customers, making sure their budget matches their wants and needs. She firmly believes that each project is a reflection of the client and their individual living style, making her a perfect with with the Dale’s Remodeling team. Becky’s experience and knowledge gives her a great eye when making product selections, color selections, and decorating. She enjoys spending time with girlfriends and her two sons.

Denny has been a loyal team member since 1999 and is a Certified Lead Carpenter through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). He appreciates the unique challenge of each remodel and excels at organizational skills and the timely completion of jobs. Denny thoroughly enjoys his life as an easy going family man, spending time with grandchildren and walks through life wearing a smile. He and his wife enjoy playing ukulele in their spare time.
Mike is an accomplished carpenter with skills in all phases of construction. Joining the company in 2004, he carries alongside his carpentry skills and ability to help create flawless spaces. With a diverse skill set, Mike is always available to offer a friendly and helpful hand in any situation. Mike’s positivity and dedication
shines through his work and finished projects. Off the job, Mike is a true man of the outdoors – he has extensive knowledge in horticulture and enjoys hiking and camping.
An experienced building contractor, Michael brings over 40 years of experience in the construction trade, in the Salem area for the past 9 years. Michael is responsible for running projects, managing jobs on-site and serving as the communications representative between the client and the remodeling team. Michael feels most rewarded seeing happy clients at the completion of their project and enjoys the challenge of making all aspects come together on time. Michael is a trained classical violinist, devoted family man and thoroughly enjoys salmon and steel-head fishing.
With 15+ years experience in the building trades and remodeling homes in the San Fransisco Bay area, Troy joined the team in 2016. By facilitating trade contractors, suppliers and materials, he organizes and supervises projects to meet timelines and expectations for homeowners. Troy prides himself on strong communication skills and a flexible attitude helping him provide quality work and superior service. In his free time, Troy enjoys sculpting and creating abstract works of art.
