Dale’s commitment to fulfilling your dreams is the driving force behind the 40 years of Dale’s Remodeling. The secret to his longtime success is a pledge made on his first construction project – that every remodeling experience would exceed the client’s expectations. One of the very first certified remodelers in Oregon, Dale seeks out new innovations in the industry and tempers them with the experience and patience that guides value-based experiences for every client. Dale focuses his time on supporting, encouraging and educating his team and believes in focusing on customer satisfaction and a quality experience. Dale is very active and enjoys outdoor sports of all kinds; he is an avid fisherman, a family man and loves to travel when time permits.

Joseph Fennimore – Email Me

General Manager

With an extensive background as a construction contractor and remodeler, Joe has a knack for turning distressed houses into beautiful and yet functional homes. After working closely with Dale’s as a trade contractor, he joined the team in May 2017. Joe is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a whole house remodel from procuring and scheduling subcontractors to demo, construction and finish work. Joe is a pro when it comes to managing multiple timelines, budgets, and vendors!

Traci Boland – Email Me

Accounting Manager

Traci brings over 20 years of experience working in the Construction Accounting field. Since joining Dale’s team in August 2017, she oversees accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financials and budgets and strives to maintain strong relationships with trade contractors and clients.  Her job involves daily problem solving and analyzing of all things “accounting” as it relates to the business. Traci is trained in Profit in Property Management, OSHA Construction Training and is commissioned as an Oregon Notary Public. When she’s not working, Traci enjoys photography, camping and weekend getaways in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Kelci Knuth – Email Me

Administrative Assistant

Kelci joined the Dales Remodeling team in 2015 to provide administrative support to our clients and office staff. Her dedication and attention to detail has progressed her work duties into accounting support as well. She is the first friendly face you will see and the smile on the other end of the phone. With over 8 years of office support, Kelci is of great value to the team. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with her dogs.

Heather Boatwright – Email Me

Administrative Assistant

Heather joined the team as temporary support in our office, before hiring her full time. We soon found that she was an asset in providing ongoing support to the office and sales teams. She brings over 10 years of customer services and support experience. Heather enjoys being outdoors, riding quads, camping and spending time with family and her two boys.

Daniel Pippert – Email Me

Remodeling Consultant

Dan has been in sales and management for over 25 years and has an extensive background in kitchen and bath design. His passion is working with clients to bring their visions and dreams to life. He has spent over 10 years being creative with kitchen and bath designs. He believes in a mix of aesthetics and functionality in every room. When not at work, Dan spends every possible moment with his wife and their dogs, and continuously working on their home and yard.

Sam DiPasquale – Email Me

Sales Assistant

Sam has found his niche in our sales department. He works closely with our clients and knowledgeable remodeling consultants, from understanding our clients’ needs to final agreement. We are proud to report that Sam brings 4 year of US Air force service with him as well as prior experience working in construction and customer service. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and son in the outdoors and playing/watching sports.

Project Manager – Remodeling Division

With 20+ years of construction knowledge and relationships that Jerry has built over the Valley and his working relationship with Dales Remodeling since 1999, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our Clients and Team. His job involves project reviews, coordinating teams, quality control, client relations, and making sure jobs get done “on time and on budget!” Jerry’s dedication to each project and Client make’s him a great asset to the Team. When he’s not at work he enjoys time with his family at the lake or on the mountain skiing.

Denny Conant

Certified Lead Carpenter

Denny has been a loyal team member since 1999 and is a Certified Lead Carpenter through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).  He appreciates the unique challenge of each remodel and excels at organizational skills and the timely completion of jobs. Denny thoroughly enjoys his life as an easy going family man, spending time with grandchildren and walks through life wearing a smile. He and his wife enjoy playing ukulele in their spare time.

John McCoun  – Email Me

Interior/Exterior Carpenter

John McCoun joined Dale’s Remodeling in July 2017 with over 15 years of industry experience building almost every type of home from single to double wall construction. His background in framing lends nicely to his current position as it allows him to easily understand what the potential may be for a kitchen or bathroom remodel. John prides himself on his enthusiastic and morally-driven work ethic and is also certified in lead paint removal and forklift operation. In his free time, he enjoys riding his quads and spending time with his kids.
